For us, Lisbon has everything we’re looking for in a big city. We especially enjoyed the urban areas, with bars, restaurants, and small design shops. The old part of town is also super charming to walk around in, so colorful and romantic. Next time we’ll bring surfboards and check out all the spots just a short bus ride outside of town. If you have a car, we do not recommend to park in the city. People park everywhere, literally, and it’s such chaos.
Nevertheless, we loved this city and will come back very soon!

LX Factory is a must to visit in Lisbon. An industrial area with old factories that have been turned into a creative, cultural and gastronomic area.

Costa da Caparica
We found a campsite just outside the city, in Costa da Caparica. There are lots of camp sites in this area, and the beaches are packed with surfers and people on the promenade. A very nice place also worth a visit.
